Contributing to strategic engineering initiatives for core applications that serve as the entry point to customer digital guest experiences. Migrated legacy applications to newer Angular versions, and helped evaluate modern frameworks like Astro to improve SEO, time-to-interactive, and conversion experiments. Currently designing a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system for the client that will enable AI-driven analysis, monitoring, and issue resolution across the entire platform.

Progressively migrated legacy services to a microservices-oriented architecture for a high-traffic, transaction-critical e-commerce application. Built A/B testing features and controlled experiments to validate hypotheses and improve key business KPIs, working across React, Angular and Kotlin for Android.

Coordinated development and deployment across Product, Tech Lead and Engineering Management teams for a suite of applications built for Avaya. Researched emerging technologies for the business and built communications widgets with AngularJS, Angular, React, Java and Node.js.
